The only resource that was remotely taxed was the i7, at around 40-60% evenly distributed across the 8 logical cores. I monitored the system resources while playing this stream back (still 1fps or so).
#Adobe premiere pro cs 5.5 video cut off 1080p
The most complex sequence I had setup was three different 1080p files layered on top of each other, each had the GPU accelerated alpha effect, and one of them with a GPU accelerated noise effect. If I layer 3 videos over each other with the opacity turned down, I get around 1 fps. When I play a single clip of video in a timeline, I get choppy playback when it’s at 100% zoom level, and I have to put it down to 25% to get smooth playback. I can even open four at a time and have them all playing with no problem. If I open the media files and just play them in windows, they play fine. This has been an issue for a while, but after upgrading my hardware, it’s not gotten any better. I’m not sure why I can’t even get basic playback. Also tried it as 2TB Raid 10 with a hot spare (same drives)įor Software, I’m running Premiere Pro CS 5.5, fully updated, and my media files are all 1920x1080p, 29.97 fps, using the CineForm HD Codec.

I am experiencing extremely stuttered playback and I’m kind of at a loss of what to do. However, I have been using it for several years and am not a total novice either. I’m new to this forum, and I’m not an expert with Premiere. After that – go back to the initial video, and insert our timer: Ctrl + V:īy dragging your timer on the clip, you can set it to the desired position and select certain places.Hello everyone. To do this, select the resulting sequence, and use Ctrl + C. After that, transfer the resulting sequence to the Source window. Having cut off the excess, we get something like this:ħ. Most often we work with minutes and seconds (in the parameters of the TimeCode effect there are also the possibility of frame-by-frame accounting, but we will not use it). By default, it is located in the branch: Effects – Video Effects – Video – TimeCode:Ħ. We apply the TimeCode effect to the just created transparent layer. We stretch the created transparent video to the timing we need (here you have to act at your discretion):ĥ. To do this, click on the button Transparend video:ĥ. In the new sequence, create a transparent layer. To do this, click on the New Item button:Ĥ. For example, I’ll take my lesson on video cropping in Adobe After Effect. I will not talk about the appropriateness of this – since you are reading this text, then you need to! And this is the most important thing. Adding a timer to a video in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 – how difficult is it? Actually – not difficult at all ?
